Eating Disorders: Key Insights, Eating Disorders in the Workplace, Management with EAP, and Comorbid Chronic Illnesses

Goals/Objectives:

1.    Participants will be able to identify warning signs, red flags, body image and medical complications. 

2.    Participants will understand the levels of care and when to refer to treatment.

3.    Participants will understand what to do/not to do/say and what to do when an employee returns to work after treatment.

4.    Identify three ways to develop resilience and body positivity in those with invisible disability and chronic medical conditions

5.    Understand the role of the treatment team, including medical specialists and physical therapists as well as the traditional treatment team (dietitian, therapist, primary care physician, and psychiatrist)
